Business enquiries
DISTRIDEAL forms prepare an email in your email application. Information entered in these forms is not sent automatically. You review the message and choose whether to send it. Required fields identify your business, describe your enquiry and allow us to respond; the phone number is optional.
Contact details and email exchanges received by DISTRIDEAL are used to handle your enquiry and follow the business relationship, based on DISTRIDEAL’s legitimate interest in professional exchanges or, where applicable, pre-contractual steps requested by you. Preparing an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and retention
Exchanges are accessible to authorised DISTRIDEAL personnel and technical providers needed for email services. If an introduction to a buyer or supplier is relevant to your enquiry, only information needed for that introduction is shared.
Exchanges are retained while the enquiry is handled and the business relationship is followed; records needed for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of rights are retained for the corresponding periods.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction and, depending on the applicable basis, object or exercise portability. To exercise your rights, contact contact@distrideal.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Offer shortlist and technical resources
Your offer shortlist is stored locally in your browser when you use this feature. It can be removed with the “Clear my shortlist” button. It is added to an enquiry only when you prepare the message; you then choose whether to send it from your email application.
The website also uses technical resources supplied by its editing platform and content delivery network. These services may process connection data to provide and secure pages. The platform may add its own trackers; these are separate from the local storage used for your shortlist.
