DISTRIDEAL provides sourcing, negotiation and commercial follow-up for distribution professionals. DISTRIDEAL acts as a commercial intermediary, owns no stock or warehouses and does not sell the goods. Buyers purchase directly from the goods owner, who invoices them directly. The sale contract and delivery terms are agreed between the seller and the buyer.

The documents and information presented help professionals assess the products and proposed opportunities. Prices, stock levels, case packs and other terms may change and must be confirmed with the seller before a commitment is made. Product requirements and tax treatment depend, among other things, on the destination market. No margin, discount or commercial performance is guaranteed.
